For the second year in a row, Truckers Insurance Associates was recognized as a Top Workplace in the state of Iowa.

The Des Moines Register recently released its list of Top Workplaces in Iowa, which is based solely on employee feedback through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers, including alignment, execution and connection, to name a few. The survey was administered by Energage LLC, an employee engagement technology partner which measures unique cultural drivers within an organization’s management structure.
