Truckers Insurance Associates has recently been recognized as a 2022 Top Workplace in the state of Iowa by the Des Moines Register. This is the third year in a row that Truckers has received this recognition, having previously been recognized in 2020 and 2021.
The anonymous survey from the Des Moines Register measures 15 culture drivers, including alignment, execution and connection, to name a few. The anonymous survey was administered by Energage LLC, an employee engagement technology partner which measures unique cultural drivers within an organization’s management structure.
