Let your insureds know to send us their photos, and you can each win a $50 Amazon Gift Card! We’ll choose a total of 5 winning photos throughout the year. They’ll even be featured in this Newsletter and on our Social Media pages!
Photos can be sent to eeigenfeld@truckers-insurance.com. All winning entries will be subject to photo release whereas pictures will become marketing property of Truckers Insurance Associates. Please submit contact information for both the insured and the insurance agent when entering.

Official Contest Rules as of: February 20, 2025
Photo Submission Contest
- To enter: Contest open to those 18 years of age or older at the time of promotional period. Unlimited entries per insured are accepted. Must email entries to eeigenfeld@truckers-insurance.com during the 2025 calendar year to be eligible.
- Prize: Prize value (1099 value) is: $50.00 for both the insurance agent and the insured who are selected as winners. Winnings to be given to each at the end of the submission period. Winner will receive one (1) $50 Amazon Gift Card. One gift card to be awarded to both the insurance agent and the insured.
Official Rules and Regulations
- Prize restrictions: Prize is non-transferable, Truckers Insurance Associates assumes no responsibility for the prize after it is awarded. Truckers Insurance Associates Employees and their immediate families are ineligible. No purchase necessary to win.
- Drawing: Winners will be drawn on or around the last day of the following months: April, June, August, October and December. The prizewinners for the contest will be chosen from all eligible received entries at the end of each drawing period. Winners need not be present to win. Winners will be contacted shortly thereafter by contact information submitted up on entry. One winner for each designated selection. (insured and insurance agent)
- Odds: Odds of being selected as a contest winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to a.) The Official Rules and the decision of the employees and Truckers Insurance Associates, which shall be final in all respects; b.) Release, discharge and hold harmless, Truckers Insurance Associates and their officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the contest, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration. Truckers Insurance Associates reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if the contest rules have been violated in any way. Any prize not claimed on determined date range are forfeited and become the sole property of Truckers Insurance Associates. Rules are subject to change without notice. Decisions of Truckers Insurance Associates are final. Truckers Insurance Associates is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any contest related materials; for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries. Truckers Insurance Associates is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts for sign up relating to Internet/server problems. Truckers Insurance Associates reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest as determined by Truckers Insurance Associates, in its sole discretion.
- Taxes: Winner assumes financial obligations for local, state, and federal taxes and all applicable fees based on the value of the prize. In accordance with IRS regulations, any winner receiving a prize(s) valued at $600 or more in a given calendar year is furnished a copy of IRS Form 1099 (miscellaneous income).
